Manual Tube Removing Tools

Tube Wall Reducer

  • HSS reamer with Morse taper to fit
         in standard drill machine
  • Front end is suitably grounded as
         per tube gauges to facilitate
         reduction of tube thickness there by
         weakening expansion joint of tube
  • Tube Range:  3/8” to 4”

Tube Drift / Knockout Tool

  • Build from high impact steel for
         knocking out tube from tube sheet
         with pneumatic hammer
  • Front end is machined as per tube
         gauge for correct alignment of tool
         to facilitate removal of tube
         without damaging tube sheet

Collapsing Tool

Internal Tube Cutter

One Turn Tube Cutter

  • OTC tool is designed for hand
         operation using ratchet or hand
         wrench for cutting ferrous and non
         ferrous tubes
  • The cutter bit operates on an
         eccentric principle with the cutter
         and pierce the tube wall
  • Continued turning and cut the tube
         off in one revolution
  • Cutter is turned counterclockwise
         slightly to close the bit allowing the
         cutter to be removed from the tube
  • Tube Range: 5/8” to 2.1/2”
